Pan-Seared Rainbow Trout
Ingredients
- 4 filets Fresh Rainbow Trout
- Flour
- Butter
- Salt and Pepper
- Lemon
Directions
Start by cleaning and filleting your freshly caught fish. After the trout is clean, mix flour and salt and pepper to taste and lightly batter the fish in the flour. Put the butter in a non-stick skillet. When the butter is starting to bubble. Place the fish in the hot butter and fry at medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes and the fish is just starting to flake. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
