Grilled Veggies with Feta in a Whole Wheat Pita
Ingredients
- Variety of grilled veggies like zucchini, yellow squash, asparagus, onions, etc. - sweet potatoes are awesome on this sandwich
- 1 oz feta cheese
- Couple leaves of raw baby spinach
- Whole wheat pita
Directions
- Assemble a variety of grilled veggies like zucchini, yellow squash, asparagus, onions and sweet potatoes and place them in the pita
- Top with feta cheese
- Add raw baby spinach
- Wrap in foil and grill until heated through
