This is great is a tangy dipping sauce chicken wings, chicken fingers, shrimp skewers or steak bites. Or a great finishing sauce for grilled chicken ribs and pulled pork.
Honey Roasted Garlic Dipping and Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 tbsp. mashed roasted garlic
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. cooking sherry
- dash of red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions
In small saucepan, melt butter; stir in lemon juice, honey, water, soy sauce and garlic salt.
