A hearty grilled sandwich loaded with turkey, bacon and cheese
Turkey & Bacon with Pesto and Provolone on Pumpernickel
Ingredients
- 3 oz deli turkey
- 2 slices crispy cooked bacon
- 1 tsp prepared basil-style pesto
- 1 slice provolone cheese
- 2 slices of pumpernickle bread or your bread of choice
- lettuce and tomato optional
Directions
- Spread pesto on 1 slice of pumpernickel
- Top with turkey, then bacon, then provolone cheese
- Place remain slice of bread on top.
- Wrap in foil and grill until cheese is melted
