Crab Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms with Blue Cheese on a Miami Onion Roll
Ingredients
- 3 oz cooked cracked crab or cooked canned crab
- 1 oz blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon fat free sour cream
- 1 teaspoon shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 large portabella mushroom
- 1 teaspoon dijion mustard
- 1 Miami onion roll
Directions
- Combine crab, blue cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese
- Stuff portabella
- Cook mushroom for 10 - 15 minutes over med heat
- Spread dijion mustard on 1/2 of onion roll
- Place stuffed portabella on top of mustard
- Top with other 1/2 of roll
- Wrap in foil and grill
